Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud.
Develop Salesforce customizations and configurations following platform architecture, data model, security, sharing, and best practices.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Own technical implementation end to end, including requirements assessment, development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Support Salesforce integrations, migrations, platform enhancements, production stability, performance optimization, and debugging.
Use Git-based version control, testing, and CI/CD processes to deliver maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews, continuous development and deployment lifecycle improvements, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Support Experience Cloud and Agentforce capabilities where applicable.

Requirements

6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience at a mid-to-senior level.
Advanced proficiency with Apex, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, sharing models, and platform best practices.
Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and scalable solution design.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Salesforce Cloud, Git-based version control, and CI/CD tools.
Hands-on experience building custom UI solutions and delivering complex Salesforce features and production releases.
Experience with Agentforce and enterprise Salesforce environments is preferred.

Benefits

Remote contract engagement through March 31, 2027, with the actual length dependent on the start date.
Open to candidates in approved APAC sourcing locations with required IST overlap.
Two openings with 100% allocation and an expected commitment of 40 hours per week.
Client-provisioned AWS WorkSpace is required, along with completion of the Amazon WorkSpaces Health connectivity test and submission of a connectivity screenshot.
