Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions spanning data streams, data model mapping, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal or external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL patterns.
  • Translate customer data and activation requirements into scalable technical solutions with business, product, and architecture stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize activation workflows connecting Data Cloud audiences and insights to downstream systems.
  • Support data quality, governance, security, and compliance best practices across customer data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform, data ingestion, integration, and activation issues and recommend durable improvements.
  • Work with large-scale datasets and enterprise integration architectures.
  • Document technical designs, data flows, and operational runbooks and stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, and data transformation skills.
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and enterprise integration architectures.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, cloud data warehouses, CDP architecture, and event-driven integrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments is preferred.

  • Candidates must be located in LATAM or APAC.
  • Full-time allocation of approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Must be available during U.S. Central Time business hours.
  • Current engagement end date is March 31, 2027.
