Responsibilities

  • Contribute to embedded software engineering work supporting Northrop Grumman Mission Systems and the BaPS division.
  • Work full-time, 40 hours per week, for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
  • Obtain and maintain required U.S. Government security clearance and program special access.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university and remain enrolled full-time in fall 2027.
  • Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a very closely related field.
  • Be available to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
  • Be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Have a DoD Interim Secret Clearance to start.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher is preferred.

  • Internship pay is $20.50-$37.25 per hour for bachelor’s students and $29.00-$45.50 per hour for master’s students.
