Responsibilities

  • Improve recommendation models and strategies across recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and mixed ranking stages.
  • Optimize deep conversion models to improve prediction accuracy for lifetime value, payment rate, and retention rate.
  • Improve advertising targeting, bidding, and mechanism strategies while balancing customer experience and monetization efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in data structures, mathematical statistics, and probability theory.
  • Excellent coding ability; proficiency in Python, C++, or Go is preferred.
  • Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Proficiency in at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework.
  • Good product awareness and willingness to prioritize product outcomes.
  • Experience with deep learning models in advertising or recommendation businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with bidding products or algorithms is preferred.
  • Gaming industry or platform-oriented internet product experience is advantageous.
