Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, enhance, integrate, and support Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Implement and manage tracking requirements using Adobe Data Collection, tags, rules, data elements, extensions, and event configurations.
Develop client-side and server-side data collection frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Configure AEP schemas, datasets, identities, namespaces, data streams, and data ingestion processes.
Develop audience segmentation, profile enrichment, audience activation, personalization, experimentation, and customer journey analytics use cases.
Troubleshoot data collection, processing, identity stitching, audience qualification, reporting, and production issues.
Coordinate and lead end-to-end functional, integration, system, UAT, regression, BVT, and production validation testing.
Define, review, and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases; investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, support bug fixing, and execute retesting.
Support releases, deployments, production monitoring, post-launch stabilization, business sign-off, and UAT activities.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

Requirements

Strong experience implementing and supporting Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch/Data Collection tagging, JavaScript development, and digital analytics implementations.
Experience with audience activation, personalization, experimentation, and customer journey analytics.
Proven end-to-end testing, release management, production support, and troubleshooting experience across AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Target, and CJA ecosystems.
Ability to support both quality assurance and technical delivery activities across multiple squads and strategic initiatives.
Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Data Collection, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Edge Network, Datastream Configuration, Schema and XDM Data Modelling, Identity Management and Stitching, Audience Segmentation and Activation, and SQL.
