Responsibilities

Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, schedulers, workflows, and OSGi services.
Build multi-site, multilingual, and multichannel publishing solutions using AEM WCM, DAM, and MSM.
Support AEM as a Cloud Service modernization, Dispatcher configuration, and deployment pipeline efforts.
Integrate AEM with CRM, analytics platforms, enterprise services, and headless content APIs.
Conduct code reviews, enforce software development best practices, and mentor junior-to-mid-level developers.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, caching strategies, and security compliance.
Use AI agents and code assistants to automate repetitive development tasks and accelerate code reviews.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical execution plans and estimates.

Requirements

At least 5 years of total software development experience.
Three to five years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
Deep knowledge of Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, JCR, and CRX.
Experience building Touch UI components with Granite UI, HTL, and Sling Models.
Experience configuring Dispatchers, replication agents, and Cloud Manager pipelines.
Advanced proficiency with Core Java/J2EE and enterprise design patterns.
Frontend experience with HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue.
Experience with Maven, Webpack, Babel, Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Familiarity with JUnit and Mockito.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Adobe-certified expert credentials, headless content delivery experience, and exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Campaign are preferred.
