Responsibilities

Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
Build, train, evaluate, and optimize artificial intelligence models, including neural networks and decision trees.
Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer data for model training, and coordinate data labeling activities.
Integrate algorithm models into business systems and support intelligent product upgrades.
Research and implement audio and video algorithms for surveillance and monitoring, including target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
Document algorithms, experiments, and workflows and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics, Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms and current state-of-the-art implementations.
Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MxNet.
Project experience with machine learning, deep learning, neural network models, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT architectures.
Experience with neural-network design, parameter tuning, optimization, model compression, or inference optimization across mobile and server platforms is a plus.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independent research capability, and teamwork.
