Responsibilities

Assist with developing AI agents for operations using LangChain, LangGraph, or DeepAgents, including prompt engineering, tool integration, and RAG knowledge-base setup.
Support observability pipelines by collecting metrics, logs, and traces and building dashboards and alerting rules with Zabbix, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Splunk.
Write Python and Shell scripts for operational automation and learn Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
Test agent workflows, document hallucinations, context overflow, and task failures, and suggest improvements.
Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Research AgenticOps, AIOps, and multi-agent systems and present findings to the engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into agent workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related listed field.
Basic Python programming skills and familiarity with the Linux command line and Git version control.
Fundamental knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and databases.
Excellent English proficiency; fluent spoken Mandarin is highly preferred.
