Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML models focused on generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents.
  • Lead AI architecture across cross-functional teams delivering AI-enabled applications.
  • Design scalable, cloud-native AI solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other multi-cloud platforms.
  • Mentor teams on AI solution design, engineering best practices, and delivery excellence.
  • Guide enterprise-wide AI architecture strategy in alignment with data strategy, DevOps, and security practices.
  • Engage executive stakeholders to define AI priorities, value propositions, and roadmaps.
  • Lead solution estimation, technical governance, and program oversight.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives through customer-facing demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Track advances in generative AI, LLM optimization, agent architectures, and model integration.
  • Publish internal whitepapers, present to leadership forums, and grow the AI practice through coaching and community engagement.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of total professional experience, including 5+ years in data science or AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Experience leading end-to-end AI/ML solution design and production deployment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI agent development.
  • Expertise in Python and familiarity with HuggingFace, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other modern ML/NLP frameworks.
  • Experience fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific applications such as Q&A systems, auto-documentation, and predictive insights.
  • Hands-on experience building, scaling, and optimizing AI systems on OCI, with knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with technical and executive audiences.
