Responsibilities

Build and ship internal applications, automations, and AI-powered solutions end-to-end using tools such as Claude Code and Vercel.
Design and maintain automated GTM workflows in n8n and similar orchestration tools across Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, Slack, and other systems.
Query, model, and transfer data between Salesforce and Snowflake to support dashboards, automations, and AI workflows.
Design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agents for research, enrichment, summarization, content generation, and analysis.
Build human-in-the-loop systems using prompt engineering, MCPs, and API integrations.
Identify GTM process inefficiencies and own solutions from requirements through deployment, rollout, documentation, user training, and ongoing improvement.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to deliver reliable systems and translate technical work for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience building internal tools, automations, or software in a SaaS environment.
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
Hands-on experience using modern AI development tools such as Claude Code to build and deploy software independently.
Experience with n8n, Vercel, Dokploy, custom APIs, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
Production experience with LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI for workflow development.
Strong SQL, data modeling, data warehouse, API, webhook, and event-driven systems experience.
Experience with Snowflake CoCo is a plus.
Experience with HubSpot or other GTM tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and production issues, diagnose root causes, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate across business functions.
