Responsibilities

Build and ship product features end to end across the stack.
Collaborate with product and design to solve customer problems.
Identify opportunities for AI to improve workflows or enable new product experiences.
Prototype with modern AI models and APIs and productionize promising experiments.
Keep systems fast, reliable, and easy to iterate on.
Use AI-powered development tools to increase individual and team leverage.
Improve development workflows, tooling, and deployment processes.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience building product-driven software.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go, with some Python exposure.
Experience with web frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong product instincts and comfort working through ambiguous problems.
Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for experimenting with models, agents, and developer tools; prior professional AI/ML experience is not required.
Ability to learn quickly as the AI ecosystem evolves.

Benefits

In-person role based in San Francisco, five days per week in the office.

Salary: $200k - $400k/yr
