Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement AI-based solutions.
Develop individual AI agents and evolve them into multi-agent systems.
Integrate AI capabilities across the organization.
Contribute to AI orchestration, model evaluation and monitoring, guardrails, RAG, MCP, observability, and metrics.
Take ownership of projects and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

Demonstrated initiative, execution ability, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Continuous-learning mindset and genuine interest in AI topics including agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, model evaluation and monitoring, guardrails, RAG, MCP, observability, and metrics.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
Experience building something real with AI in a professional environment, personal project, or entrepreneurial initiative is a plus.
