Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents in close collaboration with clients.
Develop software engineering practices for non-deterministic AI agents, natural-language integration, and LLM dependencies.
Accelerate agent development using Cursor, Claude Code, and related development approaches.
Design harness and self-optimizing systems that improve through real-world usage, user feedback, and self-play loops.
Surface customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with product and platform teams to shape AI agent development.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience building agentic applications.
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and architectures.
Experience with knowledge bases, AI search, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, evaluation, and guardrailing.
Knowledge of modern agent patterns including MCP, A2A, and ACP.
Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and self-directed problem-solving skills.
