Responsibilities

Support, run, and iterate existing AI applications.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI applications across multiple business use cases.
Trial and test AI solutions with end users to optimize their performance.
Research and analyze datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Track and understand developments in the AI landscape.
Collaborate with the existing AI team and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Experience building solutions with large language models and understanding the broader generative AI landscape.
Experience designing datasets, conducting model evaluations, and fine-tuning foundation models.
Strong Python development skills and experience writing production-quality code.
Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
An undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Strong problem-solving, communication, strategic-thinking, ownership, and collaboration skills.
Previous professional-services experience is advantageous.
Experience developing cloud applications on Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git is desirable.
Knowledge of secure software development practices is advantageous.
