Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a lean engineering team on decisions with immediate product impact.

Requirements

  • Substantial hands-on experience writing and shipping production software.
  • Strong backend engineering experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
  • Hands-on production experience optimizing LLMs and AI agent flows.
  • High agency, strong ownership, and a genuine commitment to technical craft.
  • Experience working at fast-growing, early-stage startups.
  • A side-project portfolio or equivalent work demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.
  • Legal eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocation if needed.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $80,000 to $120,000 USD plus equity.
  • Negotiable salary and equity mix, with flexibility for exceptionally senior candidates.
  • On-site work in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
