Responsibilities

Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
Develop use cases including AI agents, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models.
Own AI features independently from ideation through production.
Build scalable, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready AI services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and other technical and non-technical teams.
Develop domain understanding, challenge stakeholders constructively, and translate business needs into concrete AI solutions.

Requirements

Completed master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
2–5 years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Strong software engineering foundation and experience with production-grade Python.
Experience with Docker and container-based development.
Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
NLP experience or experience building NLP pipelines is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and develop business-domain understanding.
Good spoken and written Dutch is required.

Gross monthly salary of €5.216–€7.843 based on experience and a 40-hour workweek.
