Responsibilities

  • Build multi-agent workflows to optimize financial-services business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize neural network models, including LLMs, for risk assessment and customer query resolution.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready AI applications.
  • Ensure AI models comply with banking regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical AI practices.
  • Monitor deployed solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and implement updates.
  • Deliver production-grade applications, backend services, and technical components supporting data, workflow, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

  • 3–12 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering focused on software development and deployment.
  • Experience building and integrating LLM, RAG, search, agent-based, and automation solutions.
  • Strong software engineering experience with Python, Java, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning neural network models, with a record of optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Expertise with LLMs such as GPT and BERT and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment and data management.
  • Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, and bias mitigation.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and agile methodologies.
  • Preferred: financial-services experience; familiarity with Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL databases, graph databases, and knowledge graphs.
  • Preferred: understanding of DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps workflows.
  • Preferred: AI/ML publications, open-source contributions, or certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
