Responsibilities

Contribute to shared AI capabilities and business initiatives across OP Pohjola.
Build and support AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry and other AI technologies.
Work on projects such as adaptive AI orchestration, adaptive guardrails, and agentic vulnerability remediation.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and other functional roles in the AI Tribe.
Support OP Pohjola’s AI-first transformation, governance, and enterprise-scale implementation of AI.

Requirements

Master’s degree or final-stage studies in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field.
Previous experience developing AI-based solutions or performing data analytics using the Python stack in a cloud environment such as Azure.
Understanding of software development skills and experience working in agile teams are advantageous.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in English; Finnish language skills are advantageous.
Applicants must be able to meet financial-sector screening requirements, including credit history, conflict-of-interest, drug testing, and security clearance checks.
