Responsibilities

Contribute to OP Pohjola’s shared AI capabilities and business initiatives.
Build and implement shared AI platforms and capabilities primarily with Microsoft Foundry.
Support AI-first transformation, AI governance, AI skills development, and modern ways of working.
Work on initiatives such as adaptive AI orchestration, adaptive guardrails, and agentic vulnerability remediation.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and other roles across the AI Tribe.
Help deliver measurable value and impact from AI solutions at enterprise scale.

Requirements

Previous experience developing AI-based solutions or performing data analytics using the Python stack in a cloud environment such as Azure.
Understanding of software development skills.
Experience working in agile teams is an advantage.
Master’s degree, or being in the final stages of studies, in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in English.
Proactive, flexible, curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Ability to understand and appreciate financial industry regulations and guidelines.
Finnish language skills are an advantage.
