Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deploy high-speed network technologies supporting AI/LLM applications.
  • Develop monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis platforms for large-scale AI/LLM networks.
  • Research and develop high-performance communication frameworks and network protocol stacks.
  • Optimize host-network-application co-design to improve AI/LLM network scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Build deployable AI network infrastructure supporting large-scale heterogeneous network hardware.

Requirements

  • Completing or recently completed a PhD in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in computer networking and network programming.
  • Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages, including C, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Familiarity with high-speed network systems, including RDMA, congestion control, and AI network optimization.
  • Experience developing high-performance communication frameworks such as NCCL, MPI, or RPC libraries is preferred.
  • Experience developing software for AI network diagnosis and performance optimization is preferred.
