Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain stable and reliable AI/ML Ops platforms and pipelines.
Package and deploy reproducible, interpretable AI/ML services to production.
Design and implement automated model deployment pipelines.
Provision and optimize training and serving infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless platforms.
Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, latency, and operational observability.
Automate model retraining and data pipeline workflows.
Manage foundation-model deployments, fine-tuning workflows, and RAG stacks involving vector databases and knowledge graphs.
Optimize GPU and CPU utilization for low-latency inference and cloud cost control.
Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to productionize models.
Manage versioning and governance for data, code, and models.
Implement data security measures and support compliance with data governance policies.
Evaluate emerging data technologies, troubleshoot complex data-platform issues, and maintain platform stability.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in AI/ML Ops.
Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable, efficient, and secure AI/ML Ops platform systems.
Experience with enterprise SaaS software solutions requiring high availability and scalability.
Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured data from varied sources, including petabyte-scale data.
In-depth experience with the Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem and AI/MLOps workflows involving MLflow, Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, and Knowledge Graph.
Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for AI/ML Ops pipeline integration.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS-hosted data-platform experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, observability, monitoring, and alerting.
Experience with cost optimization and design-to-cost practices.
Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis.
