Own local development environments, the monorepo, build systems, and shared developer tooling.
Build and operate CI/CD, pull-request workflows, code-review automation, and engineering quality-assurance tooling.
Integrate AI-assisted development and coding agents into engineering workflows where they improve speed and quality.
Measure developer friction through feedback and instrumentation, then deliver improvements with clear before-and-after impact.
Drive onboarding, documentation, workflow migrations, and adoption of new developer tools.
Own the developer platform lifecycle from architecture and implementation through rollout, reliability, and iteration.
Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security on trusted developer-platform capabilities.
Support reliable delivery across cloud, regulated, and air-gapped environments.
Requirements

Hands-on depth with at least one modern monorepo tool, including Nx, Bazel, Pants, Buck, or Turborepo.
Strong fluency with CI/CD systems at scale, such as GitHub Actions, Buildkite, or CircleCI, including matrix design, caching, secret flow, and parallelism.
Fluency in at least two of Go, Python, TypeScript, Rust, and Bash.
Experience building automated testing or code-quality workflows that engineers trust.
Experience shipping developer platforms that achieve real-world adoption and demonstrating measurable improvements in developer friction.
Ability to own the full platform lifecycle, from design documentation and MVP through hardening and adoption.
Experience operating developer-facing systems with uptime and operational responsibility, plus familiarity with observability and incident response.
Strong understanding of retries, idempotency, queueing, and failure modes in reliable build and automation systems.
Preferred: experience with coding agents, automated code review, AI-assisted testing, sandboxed code execution, credential scoping, or development-agent security controls.
Preferred: experience with remote build caches, custom or hermetic build pipelines, polyrepo-to-monorepo migrations, DORA or SPACE metrics, release engineering, supply-chain security, artifact management, internal PaaS, development environments, scaffolding generators, or shared quality-assurance infrastructure.
