Responsibilities

  • Analyze Android and iOS mobile malware using static and dynamic analysis techniques.
  • Extract indicators of compromise and communicate malware risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advise on protection against mobile malware, cyberattacks, and fraud attacks.
  • Gather and monitor mobile threat intelligence, including current trends and zero-day threats.
  • Lead resolution of complex security issues and act as the primary IT Security contact for mobile.
  • Educate teams on secure development and security best practices.
  • Set up malware analysis environments and recreate attack scenarios.
  • Collaborate with vendors, platform teams, and subject-matter experts.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Android and iOS mobile malware analysis, reverse engineering, and related risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS and Android security architectures and the mobile threat landscape.
  • Ability to establish analysis environments and recreate attack scenarios.
  • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with DevOps, Agile, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and JIRA.
  • Security certifications such as OSCP or GIAC are relevant qualifications.
  • Experience with AI-based attacks and mitigation is relevant.
  • A degree in a relevant field is desirable.
