Responsibilities

  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Monitor system behavior and help maintain application reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for the knowledge base.
  • Contribute to improvements in support processes and tools.
  • Provide timely issue-status and resolution updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, and work independently toward subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in React.js.
  • Proficiency in React.js and experience with related JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with web-application debugging tools and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
  • Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
