Responsibilities

Design, develop, experiment with, and productionize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions.
Apply ML algorithms, frameworks, LLM techniques, model tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and RAG methods.
Develop end-to-end Python code for experimentation, proofs of concept, and production-ready solutions.
Optimize model accuracy and system performance by identifying and resolving inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Integrate generative AI capabilities into a scalable ML platform supporting multiple business lines.
Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver reliable, science- and technology-driven solutions.

Requirements

MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with at least two years of applied machine learning experience.
Experience with Python, Java, C, C++, or similar programming languages; intermediate Python proficiency is required.
Experience applying data science and machine learning techniques to business problems.
Strong background in natural language processing, large language models, machine learning, and deep learning.
Deep understanding of PyTorch or TensorFlow and hands-on experience with GPU optimization, fine-tuning, embedding models, inferencing, prompt engineering, evaluation, and RAG.
Ability to complete tasks and projects with limited supervision and demonstrate attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and teamwork.
Preferred experience with Ray, MLflow, distributed training, search and ranking, recommender systems, graph techniques, LLM agents, planning, reasoning, AWS, SageMaker, EKS, MLOps pipelines, and production ML services.

Salary: $124k - $170k/yr
