Responsibilities

Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
Build, train, evaluate, and improve AI models including neural networks and decision trees.
Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and coordinate data labeling activities.
Integrate algorithm models into business systems and support deployment across product platforms.
Research and implement audio and video algorithms for target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition in surveillance and monitoring applications.
Document algorithms, experiments, and workflows and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, automatic control, operations research, biology, physics/quantum computing, neuroscience, statistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms and current state-of-the-art implementations.
Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with strong mathematical, statistical, and coding abilities.
Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MxNet.
Rich project experience with machine learning and deep learning models including CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT.
Experience designing, tuning, and optimizing neural network models is preferred.
Experience with model compression and optimizing deep learning inference across NPU, GPU, DSP, ARM, CPU, and server platforms is preferred.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independence in tackling complex problems, and teamwork.
