Responsibilities

Create test plans, test cases/scripts, bug reports, and quality-risk assessments.
Automate product features and collaborate with the automation group to improve regression coverage.
Triage or assist with triaging automation results.
Develop deep expertise in the assigned product.
Conduct functional QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules and timelines.
Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and QA testers in an Agile team environment.

Requirements

Experience coding in Java and/or mobile languages.
Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches, including black-box and/or automated testing in a software company with short release cycles.
Graduate status or relevant work experience involving software development and/or software test automation.
Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred: experience with SQL; knowledge of Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language; familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira, Greenhopper, and Clover; knowledge of mobile testing and automation tools including Appium, XCUI, Espresso, and KIF; and knowledge of Android or iOS mobile app development.
