Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for case management, field service, and digital engagement.
  • Configure and optimize Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Self-Service portal functionality.
  • Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components and integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain high availability and performance of Service Cloud applications.
  • Implement Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, security practices, and sharing-model controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and QA teams; document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud development experience, including case management and automation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management, Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Apex classes/triggers/test classes, REST/SOAP integrations, Self-Service portals, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Field Service Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce security and sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Field Service, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Gearset, or Copado.
  • Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
