Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for case management, field service, and digital engagement.
  • Configure and optimize Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Self-Service portals.
  • Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
  • Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and support application availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implement Salesforce security practices using roles, profiles, permission sets, and the sharing model.
  • Document technical solutions and configurations and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, including substantial case management and automation expertise.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management, Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Apex classes, triggers and test classes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce through REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Self-Service portals, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Field Service, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Gearset, and Copado.
  • Preferred Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification are desired.
