Associate Software Engineer - Full Stack in Others

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance frontend and backend application components under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and reusable web interfaces using React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Translate user stories, wireframes, and design specifications into production-ready UI components.
  • Build and consume APIs, integrate databases and data sources, and support data-processing pipelines.
  • Write documented, secure, reusable, and testable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to unit, integration, UI, and automated testing activities.
  • Debug application defects, perform root-cause analysis, and support production issue resolution.
  • Assist with application deployment, configuration, and operational support across cloud environments.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design notes, API documentation, deployment procedures, and runbooks.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, UX and design teams, data engineers, QA engineers, and other technology teams.
  • Participate in Agile practices, sprint planning, effort estimation, and status reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM field, with 2–5 years of relevant software development or Information Systems experience.
  • Hands-on full-stack software development experience through professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS, NPM, responsive web design, component-based development, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, basic data-pipeline concepts, cloud services, and cloud-native design principles.
  • Basic understanding of microservices, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, software development lifecycle practices, and version control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, document technical decisions, and collaborate across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
  • Preferred experience includes CI/CD, automated build and deployment tools, software design patterns, data structures, test-driven development, secure coding, UI testing frameworks, observability tools, and data, analytics, AI, or generative-AI-enabled applications.
  • Preferred certifications include AWS Developer, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, and SAFe Agile certification.
