Responsibilities

Support system validation and qualification activities for software applications.
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and user acceptance testing scenarios.
Create, review, and maintain validation and quality documentation.
Support change request assessment, testing, and implementation.
Document test results, defects, and testing evidence.
Maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and validation deliverables.
Maintain accurate, inspection-ready records to support audit readiness.
Collaborate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor teams on system enhancements and projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in software testing, validation, quality assurance, or related roles.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, software testing methodologies, and UAT processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
Experience with Computer System Validation is preferred.
Knowledge of GxP, GAMP 5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements is preferred.
Experience with change control and quality management processes is preferred.
Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, HP ALM, or similar tools is preferred.
