Responsibilities

Develop and maintain real-time, mission-critical software for satellite operations.
Support daily fleet checks by identifying, triaging, and resolving satellite anomalies.
Write scripts to aggregate satellite data and generate system monitoring metrics.
Test and deploy flight software upgrades, debug satellite anomalies, and conduct on-orbit experiments.
Create and maintain operational procedures and provide operational insights for next-generation satellites.
Collaborate with hardware and software experts across teams to enhance or create services.

Requirements

Actively enrolled in an accredited university program.
Software development experience, particularly in Python or similar languages.
Familiarity with the space environment and its challenges.
Experience with statistical analysis and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and technical collaboration skills.
Ability to proactively tackle problems, contribute ideas, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
