Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual and automated end-to-end testing of web applications.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and E2E test suites.
  • Integrate automated accessibility checks into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and execute automated test cases, including test data generation.
  • Maintain and support automation infrastructure.
  • Document defects with actionable descriptions and screenshots in the test management system.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-quality releases.
  • Integrate automation into release processes and contribute to QA continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own and independently deliver low- to medium-complexity tasks while following QA and SDLC processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of IT experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on UI automation testing experience.
  • Proficiency with Playwright or equivalent UI testing tools.
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Jenkins or comparable CI/CD tools and JIRA or comparable defect-tracking tools.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
  • Desirable knowledge of API validation using Postman or REST APIs.
  • Desirable familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.
