Responsibilities

  • Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, application stacks, and operating procedures.
  • Design and maintain automation frameworks, reusable libraries, automated testing tools, and software validation processes.
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
  • Develop technical specifications, automation programs, backend/database solutions, and efficient code aligned with Wipro standards.
  • Track test coverage, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, deployment risks, and automation performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with development teams, Agile delivery teams, business subject matter experts, testers, clients, and project management.
  • Support acceptance criteria, test automation backlogs, continuous deployment practices, system troubleshooting, and project documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience.
  • Mandatory Python full-stack experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing automated testing tools and automation frameworks.
  • Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
  • Ability to develop test cases and automation for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, resolve problems, document solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
