Responsibilities

  • Lead automation roadmaps, strategies, and account automation plans across business units.
  • Assess account requirements, maturity, size, and readiness for automation initiatives.
  • Drive automation maturity, customer alignment, ROI achievement, and customer references.
  • Ensure required software and infrastructure are implemented for automation.
  • Develop scalable dashboards and process-support systems for automation monitoring.
  • Review project progress, resolve escalations, and ensure contractual commitments and successful rollouts.
  • Manage access controls for export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.
  • Monitor automation trends and identify capability gaps within the team.
  • Gather customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to close identified gaps.

Requirements

  • FullStack SDET experience is mandatory.
  • 5–8 years of experience.
  • Experience leading automation initiatives, roadmaps, and account-level delivery activities.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, project plans, escalations, quality control, schedules, and maintenance.
