Responsibilities

  • Lead automation roadmaps, strategies, and account automation plans across business units.
  • Evaluate and shortlist accounts based on size, readiness, and automation maturity.
  • Ensure required software, infrastructure, dashboards, and process-support systems are implemented for automation.
  • Review automation projects, project plans, quality, schedules, maintenance, and operational escalations.
  • Drive customer engagement by presenting automation capabilities, ROI, and progress updates.
  • Manage customer feedback, coordinate internal resources, and close delivery gaps.
  • Monitor automation performance through client engagement, bot implementation, customer references, and issue-resolution metrics.
  • Maintain appropriate access controls for export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience.
  • Mandatory experience with Behavioral Driven Development Testing.
  • Ability to lead automation initiatives, develop account strategies, manage escalations, and engage with customers.
  • Ability to understand automation requirements, assess account readiness, and drive successful implementation and rollout.
