Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manual and automated test strategies, plans, schedules, test cases, and frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate QA engineers and manage testing team activities, meetings, reviews, and feedback.
  • Create and maintain automated web and API tests using C#, TypeScript, Selenium, and RestSharp or similar libraries.
  • Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines and oversee test execution, defect tracking, reporting, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders during requirements reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies while identifying and mitigating software quality risks.
  • Support performance, security, and mobile automation testing and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in QA and test automation.
  • MCA, Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or another equivalent degree.
  • Proficiency in C# and TypeScript, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding best practices.
  • Expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, web automation practices, and automated test frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
  • Experience with RestSharp or similar libraries, RESTful principles, HTTP methods, API validation, authentication, and error handling.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL for data creation, mining, validation, and verification.
  • Experience integrating automation with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD and managing scripts with Git.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
  • Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools such as JMeter, with desirable knowledge of security and mobile automation testing.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, teamwork, attention-to-detail, and English-language skills.
