Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain Terraform configurations within established infrastructure codebases.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and releases.
  • Configure Azure environments, infrastructure, access management requests, Microsoft Entra ID app registrations, and OIDC authentication.
  • Develop Bash or PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks and generate reports.
  • Monitor Datadog and Azure Monitor alerts, perform initial incident triage, and assist with troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Investigate Azure infrastructure and application issues, escalating complex incidents when necessary.
  • Maintain runbooks, infrastructure documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Support routine cloud operations and infrastructure maintenance while collaborating with distributed engineering teams across time zones.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including API Management, App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, Redis, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Working knowledge of Terraform and the ability to modify and maintain complex infrastructure modules.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID app registrations, OpenID Connect authentication, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of DNS, Azure troubleshooting, Linux environments, Bash or PowerShell scripting, Git workflows, branching strategies, and pull requests.
  • Functional written and verbal English proficiency for distributed-team collaboration.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include AWS or other cloud exposure, ARM templates, Azure Policy, Azure CLI, containerized applications, AKS or Kubernetes, Datadog or Azure Application Insights, Python scripting, and Azure or Terraform certifications.
