Responsibilities

Build and maintain backend infrastructure for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
Manage hosted and self-hosted deployment architectures using infrastructure-as-code tools.
Improve the reliability, performance, security, observability, and auditability of production systems.
Partner with product teams to deliver features while maintaining high quality standards.
Use AI-native development practices to support rapid, high-quality releases.

Requirements

One to six years of professional backend development experience.
Production experience building services with TypeScript and NestJS.
Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
Experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
Experience improving reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability in production.
Practical experience with AI, machine learning, large language models, or AI-native systems.

Benefits

Base salary of €70,000 to €110,000 annually.
Visa sponsorship is available.
On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
