Business Support Engineer - AdTech in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own global troubleshooting methodologies, escalation frameworks, and engineering standards for Business Support Engineering.
  • Lead adoption of AI and LLM-based tools to transform partner support workflows and accelerate issue resolution.
  • Design, build, optimize, and deploy AI architectures and large-language-model solutions for support automation.
  • Implement performance monitoring for partner integrations across Meta Ads and Business Messaging platforms.
  • Investigate recurring partner issues, identify root causes, and influence product roadmaps with data-driven proposals.
  • Create technical communication standards, reference architectures, integration guides, and executive-facing materials.
  • Lead zero-to-one initiatives and scalable support infrastructure for new Meta business products and integration patterns.
  • Provide on-call support for partner-impacting incidents across global time zones.
  • Mentor engineers and set technical direction across AI, ML, and AdTech domains.
  • Manage complex cross-functional programs across business areas, regional offices, and partnership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a software engineer or site reliability engineer.
  • Experience developing APIs on cloud infrastructure and independently debugging, identifying root causes, and resolving partner-impacting outages.
  • Experience with the full web stack, REST APIs, Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, debugging, and bug management.
  • Production or applied experience with large language models or AI-based tooling.
  • Experience communicating with technical and business audiences and writing technical documentation.
  • Experience assessing, analyzing, and resolving operational issues using SQL and data analysis.
  • Preferred experience with AdTech platforms, advertising APIs, or business messaging integrations.
  • Preferred experience fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying PyTorch-based models or LLM-powered agents at production scale.
  • Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or Kubeflow in partner integration or support engineering contexts.
  • Preferred experience with prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, responsible AI practices, risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into support workflows and deliver measurable efficiency or quality improvements.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $171,000/year to $240,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Global on-call rotation supporting partner-impacting incidents across time zones.
