Responsibilities

Create a reliable GTM and quote-to-cash foundation across CRM, CPQ, billing, finance systems, marketing automation, the data warehouse, and integrations.
Map critical data flows and ship improvements to high-value integrations or workflows within the first 90 days.
Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows that reduce manual work and improve operational signals.
Automate upgrades, prorated refunds, early renewals, true-ups, credit deferment, and other billing-critical workflows with trusted audit trails.
Improve data integrity and reporting through data models, deduplication, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and accurate ARR, pipeline, dashboard, and forecasting infrastructure.
Establish sound access, change management, release, documentation, testing, runbook, code review, and AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in business systems engineering, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or technical sales or marketing operations.
Strong SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, event-driven services, reverse ETL, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io.
Familiarity with quote-to-cash, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collaboration with Finance and Billing Ops.
Experience applying AI through AI-assisted development, agents, or workflow automation.
Python or JavaScript scripting and serverless integration experience are preferred.
Experience with an ERP such as NetSuite is preferred.
Salesforce administration and customization experience, including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations, is preferred.

Salary: $128k - $186k/yr
