Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Build reusable Terraform modules, templates, and IaC frameworks from the ground up.
  • Develop and manage cloud platform build, release, and delivery pipelines.
  • Build automation and self-service tools supporting quality, security, compliance, and operational reliability.
  • Improve PaaS and SaaS application deployments on Azure Kubernetes Services.
  • Prototype platform designs and technologies, research emerging solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Monitor and improve instrumentation, observability, and service quality.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and secure cloud platform practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 11–14 years of progressively responsible professional software engineering experience.
  • At least 3 years of platform automation experience using infrastructure-as-code orchestration tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Extensive DevOps experience and expert-level Terraform skills.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Experience building and deploying containers with Kubernetes, or a strong desire to gain significant Kubernetes experience immediately.
  • Experience with Git, Jira, Artifactory, and Confluence.
  • Ability to write clean, optimized code and unit tests and translate specifications into implementation.
  • Experience with monitoring, instrumentation, observability, and securing SaaS applications and APIs in public cloud environments.
  • Azure certifications are preferred.
