Contractor: Full Stack Engineer, Marketing in Remote new

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain marketing websites, campaign landing pages, interactive tools, and web features.
  • Own assigned features through implementation, testing, release, and post-release monitoring with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Develop and maintain integrations among Webflow, Marketo, Salesforce, internal APIs, and marketing analytics systems.
  • Configure and maintain tags, triggers, variables, custom event listeners, data pipelines, and analytics tracking.
  • Write well-tested software using AI-assisted development practices, version control, code review, and established deployment practices.
  • Test and validate AI-integrated features with support from senior engineers.
  • Support user onboarding, event tracking, automated compliance, consent management, privacy workflows, and DataGrail operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to clarify requirements and ship solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, follow observability and quality practices, and help maintain reliable production systems.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally involving marketing websites, web applications, or customer-facing products.
  • Hands-on Webflow development experience with strong HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and back-end integration skills.
  • Experience configuring Google Tag Manager tags, triggers, variables, custom event listeners, and data pipelines, along with RedTrack and Google Analytics 4.
  • Exposure to or experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Pendo, and related marketing or product analytics platforms.
  • Experience writing well-tested software and using version control, code review, and established deployment practices.
  • Comfort using AI tools for development, testing, and troubleshooting while verifying their output with sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of privacy and consent operations, including tools such as DataGrail, and familiarity with GDPR and CCPA.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguous requests into scoped tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as a contractor in a remote, asynchronous environment and overlap with Eastern Standard Time core hours.
