Creative Developer - 6 months FTC in Canada new

Responsibilities

  • Build premium interactive digital experiences using Angular, TypeScript, advanced CSS, and modern frontend technologies.
  • Create scalable, reusable components aligned with design systems and frontend architecture.
  • Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into polished, responsive, production-ready experiences.
  • Develop scripted animations, transitions, motion systems, and interactive behaviours.
  • Collaborate with designers to refine designs and ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Champion frontend quality, responsiveness, accessibility, performance, coding standards, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to frontend implementation decisions and work within code review and structured development workflows.
  • Identify implementation issues and improvement opportunities, and contribute to a clean, scalable codebase.

Requirements

  • Frontend development experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Angular, and TypeScript.
  • Experience building modular, reusable frontend components and translating complex UI designs into polished implementations.
  • Experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animation systems, including scripted animations and fluid interactive experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams and contributing to UX discussions.
  • Experience with code reviews, automated checks, linting, validation pipelines, and frontend unit and component tests.
  • Clear communication, adaptability, rapid learning, and confidence presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Desirable experience with JSON, Three.js, WebGL, and immersive or motion-heavy digital experiences.
