Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
  • Develop and enhance scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
  • Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
  • Use LLM-based copilots and AgentAI tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
  • Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads.
  • Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, governance, and responsible AI guardrails.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
  • Experience using copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
  • Practical understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
  • Ability to combine human judgment with AI-assisted productivity to deliver higher-quality outcomes.
  • Experience with Java and Spring Boot for microservices and API integration is required; experience with .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes is relevant to the role.
  • The role focuses on AI integration and productivity uplift and does not require training models or designing ML architectures.
