Responsibilities

Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
Work extensively with Pega process flows, activities, UI elements, reporting elements, and decision management techniques.
Build and maintain integrations using SOAP, HTTP connectors and services, REST services, databases, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
Work with more than two Pega frameworks and support application development and system integration.
Use Pega tools including Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
Understand application environments and deployment activities.
Write and execute unit test cases according to requirements.
Apply object-oriented programming concepts and perform Python development and prompt engineering.
Handle client calls independently and manage pressure situations in the project.

Requirements

Minimum three years of experience is required.
Overall minimum five years of industry experience is required.
15 years of full-time education is required.
Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications are required; CUIS is optional.
Strong knowledge of Pega process flows, decision management, integrations, environments, deployment, and Pega frameworks is required.
Experience in application development and system integration is required.
Good communication skills and the ability to independently handle client calls are required.
React.js and Node.js are good-to-have skills.
Certifications in Anthropic, AWS, or Google are good to have.
