Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, and enhance custom applications using the Pega Platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Act as an SME and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
Lead process improvement efforts within the team.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication on project objectives and deliverables.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with the Pega Platform.
Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with business process management concepts and their implementation using Pega.
15 years of full-time education.
