Responsibilities

  • Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, analyze system performance, and support critical business applications.
  • Monitor applications and perform performance tuning.
  • Participate independently in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of support processes.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
  • Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Understanding of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
  • 15 years of full-time education is required.
