Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
  • Customize software solutions to address complex business requirements and support organizational processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within application environments.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
  • Lead process improvements to increase team productivity and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience, including experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer is required.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
  • Experience customizing software solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • 15 years of full-time education is required.
