Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of networking architecture for automotive HPC platforms and zonal architectures.
Define and optimize in-vehicle communication protocols including Ethernet TSN, CAN FD, LIN, and FlexRay.
Coordinate integration with hardware, operating system, middleware, and cybersecurity teams.
Manage network stack performance, QoS, latency, bandwidth allocation, diagnostics, logging, and security mechanisms.
Drive compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434.
Interface with Tier-1 suppliers, silicon vendors, and OEMs to align networking requirements.
Mentor engineers across networking, embedded software, and system integration teams.
Own the HPC networking roadmap and contribute to vehicle E-E architecture strategy.
Debug and optimize system performance, latency, and throughput.
Contribute to automotive safety and security concepts including ASIL requirements, secure boot, and secure partitioning.

Requirements

A minimum of 7.5 years of experience is required, with additional information specifying a minimum of 12 years in automotive ECU software.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computers, electronics, or a related stream.
Strong experience with automotive networking protocols and high-performance embedded systems.
Proficiency in Ethernet TSN, IP stacks, CAN/CAN FD, and real-time communication frameworks.
Familiarity with zonal architectures, domain controllers, and service-oriented communication using SOME/IP.
Experience with network simulation, validation, and performance profiling tools.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, performance optimization, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
